Empress U is basically blend of some super disintigerent and pH stabilizers this will work as Disintigerent and Dissolution improver in the molecule for which the dissolution is in phosphate buffer, and further more in case of PPI molecules where pH fluctuation is a biggest issue and due to which the colour of tablet changes and assay of drug is downgraded so in those molecules Empress U is better option to hold the pH of those combination till their shelf life
