Procedure
- Part I
- Mixing:
- Pass alfluzosin and MCCPH102 through 60 # in sifter and mix it in suitable blender for 15 mins.
- Sift the Magnesium Stearate, Talc through 60# sieve separately.
- Mix Empress SR with above mixture in suitable blender.
- Compress the tablet having hardness 6-7 kg/cm2.
